We value your privacy and take seriously our duty to protect confidential and privileged information.
Unless otherwise specified, all information provided by Client to House Edge LLC, previously known as Paelking LLC, doing business as House Edge Finance (“Firm”) is confidential, and may be legally privileged pursuant to the IRS Circular 230 disclosure within the Service Agreement. Confidential and/or privileged information may not be publicized or released in any way, to any person or entity, for any reason, unless specifically authorized by the Client. The Services may include regular reporting of confidential information to authorized third parties like governments or financial institutions, and the Client authorizes this and other similar disclosures of confidential information necessary to the provision of the Services.
In order to fulfill the Services, it is necessary for the Firm to collect confidential personal information about the Client. This may include full legal name, date of birth, physical address, tax identification numbers, and other personally identifying details (“Personal Information”). Firm will take reasonable measures to establish secure channels of communication for the exchange of this information, and the Client shall restrict all applicable communication thereto. Firm further agrees to take reasonable measures to prevent any unauthorized persons or entities from having access to the Client’s Personal Information retained within the records of the Firm.
Throughout the provision of the Services, Firm will collect and retain confidential contact details for the Client, subject to the consent and preference of the Client. This may include phone numbers for calls or text messages, email addresses, mailing addresses, and any other means of contacting the client (“Contact Information”). Firm will take reasonable measures to establish secure channels of communication for the exchange of this information, and the Client shall restrict all applicable communication thereto. Firm further agrees to take reasonable measures to prevent any unauthorized persons or entities from having access to the Client’s Contact Information retained within the records of the Firm.
The Firm agrees to use the Client’s Personal Information and Contact Information solely to facilitate the Services as described in the Service Agreement. Firm agrees not to use the client’s Contact Information or Personal Information for purposes unrelated to provision of the Services, including to market unrelated services to the Client, on behalf of Firm or any third party.
The Client may, if they choose, communicate with the Accountant by text message (SMS). SMS consent is not shared with any third parties. Carrier rates and charges may apply. The Client may agree and opt into the SMS Terms & Conditions by sending a text message to the Accountant. The Client may also consent to receive messages verbally or via email. The Client may change their preferences for SMS messages at any time by taking the following steps:
Reply STOP to any text messages to opt out of all SMS communication
Reply START to start or restart SMS communication
